Injection Molding

We utilize all computerized molding equipment and maintenance is a top priority.

We mold a wide spectrum of thermoplastics, and thermoplastic elastomers in virtually any color. We are experienced in insert molding, as well as over molding of soft touch elastomers, and also encapsulation of electrical components.

We have material dryers, mold heaters, color, and material mixers, and granulators that allow us to efficiently mold plastics.

We have in house machine shop, and metal fabrication capabilities which allows us to efficiently build jigs and fixtures to make the molding process more efficient.

We are experienced in running all types of molds including, hot runner, cold runner, insulated runner, valve gated, collapsible cores, unscrewing, and all types of slides, as well as hydraulic, and pneumatic action molds.

Our machines are sized to allow us to mold from the very smallest of parts up to 20 oz
